Name: Stephanie Paige
I love the easy going spirit of her outfit. I think the accessories; her green bag, and bejeweled cross make it really pop! Simple, but cute.
Now, this outfit is all about attitude! This girl has layered a lot of her pieces, relying on a big shirt and balances the outfit out with the tights! The heavy boots add a lot of structure as well as her comfy cardigan. The sunglasses and cellphone add a bit of drama as well! Right as I approached her, she said some guy just tried to get her number! Hot stuff!
I might be a little bit biased because this young lady is my little sister, Enchantee! Jasmine and I loved her outfit that day! My sister definitely has an eye for sneakers. Her style is completely different from mine, but I find her influencing it more and more. I ask her opinion on color combinations, because she's not afraid of adding colorful touches to make her outfit really pop. Her sneakers were modeled after Bishop Don Juan's colorful hot green style! Her hoodie is another thing that I positively love! It says "Purple Reign" and has a hot pink spider on it! Pretty fabulous.

This ain't no JOKE! (lol)
As we were walking around we saw displays of art set up along the gates of a small park in the French Quarter, but the best part was the artist were right there! You could see in each of their pieces how the city of New Orleans affected their art. The picture above are paintings that I thought were AMAZING!
We think the Sartorialist would like this picture. : )
Walking into a shop we noticed this young lady who worked there, we love how she made this simple and preppy outfit look very chic.

On the sunday morning that we were still in NOLA, we decided to get beignets and explore the French Quarter. It seemed like fall had come early, and there was an amazing breeze and I wish we could have stayed longer. That's when Jasmine spotted this awesome looking boutique, that looked expensive from the outside, but as we got closer, we saw that there was a $10 shoe sale!
When we walked into this boutique, I couldn't help but notice how girly and affordable the clothing was. There was a ladylike quality to everything in the store. They carried brands like Lucca, and Sweetees. They have locations all over Lousiana, but we went to the store in the French Quarter.

These were the best dressed women at the art opening, each of their styles were very chic and classy for the occasion.
The purple and the white together is very cute and basic, but its the addition of the coat and heels that make the outfit more chic. This lady has great style. (4 stars ****)
This dress is very cute and we like how the gold doesn't take away from the outfit, but helped bring out the outfit.
We really liked this dress, very simple and cute with a little bit of detail at the top and bottom. (*also like the no jewelry)
The grey dress pants with the oversized top made this outfit different and very cute. What I like is seeing rear combinations I haven't seen before, I like how she has grey with hints of navy blue in her top; and again very simple not too much going on.

I love them because they are sort of unexpected in the 'hoop' world. I love basic hoops (in fact, I am wearing a silver pair right now!) but these are great when you want to add a little extra to an outfit. Since I have a round face, I feel as though the roundness of the hoop flatters my face nicely. Now whether or not that is proven, I think they look great on me! At first, these tear drop hoops used to be sort of hard to find, but now, after a few minutes of searching "Tear drop hoops" on the internet, they are easily found! I want all these pairs. They range in price from $4.80-$209.00! (and I want them all...)

This one is from Forever 21, and I love the gold color! Just don't wear these when you are going to be sweating profusely because the "gold" will wear off on you! http://www.forever21.com/
Metal Tear Drop Hoops, also from Forever 21! I love the Forever 21 is cheap, but you can only wear these pieces a few times because the "gold" or "silver" finish starts to wear off. Always disappointing, but you can enjoy it while it lasts! http://www.forever21.com/
These are great too! They are a little varied on the tear drop hoop trend, with the extra hoops inside, but the more the merrier! These are also from Forever 21! http://www.forever21.com/

When you want a little glitz and glamour during the nighttime, these earrings would definitely go well with a flowy blouse or a cute party dress. They aren't too much, but just enough. www.shopintuition.com

Chilling in her B-girl stance...
I absolutely LOVE her vintage Houston shirt. It has images of downtown Houston, as well as notable Houston landmarks such as the Astrodome (and even though it is not exactly in Houston...) the San Jacinto Monument. I want one.
An unexpected button! Bob Marley!
Describe Your Style: "When a gorilla chases you out the house, you gotta do what you gotta do."
Favorite Designer(s): "I would definitely say Betsey Johnson. I'm also a big fan of Jimmy Choo. Big fan. Love him!"
Where do you shop?: "I make my own $#!@."
Tell me about your shoes: "They're my old cheerleading shoes. I painted them with fabric paint 4 years ago. I just decided to put the laces in last night."

We saw this lovely lady and were amazed at how she made this ethnic looking dress look so chic! The umbrella/parasol is the perfect accessory, because it was SO HOT.

*I'll post their 'interview' later.
This last picture is a 'behind the scenes' look at the making of Cougar Style! haha. My friend snapped the picture. We pretty much go up to people and ask them to take their picture for the blog. Do not be afraid!
P.S. That girl is clutching her arm because I just punched her. Just kidding.
