We saw this lovely lady and were amazed at how she made this ethnic looking dress look so chic! The umbrella/parasol is the perfect accessory, because it was SO HOT.
As we were sitting there people watching, we saw this completely cute couple. You can't see it in the picture, but he had these amazingly long dreads, and her hair is cut so short. If you are going to go bald, this is the way to do it. (NOT LIKE BRITNEY!) Definitely yin and yang.

I am protesting the outrageously chic link you have up... DC fashion is NOT cool at all... they dress like Rick James. This is not the 80s anymore and that fashion came and went fast in the 2000s.
